Contact

Neynerlux is reachable by email at editor@neynerlux.com. One inbox handles everything, and messages are read in the order they arrive.

What to write about

Useful reasons to get in touch include a factual correction to an entry, a property that has closed, changed hands or been substantially rebuilt, a suggestion for a hotel that belongs in one of the four sections, or a question about how the index decides what to include. Corrections are the most welcome of these. If you are pointing out an error, a sentence saying what is wrong and what is right is enough.

What this address cannot do

Neynerlux is not a booking service. We cannot make, change, confirm or cancel a reservation, we cannot check availability or rates, and we have no access to any hotel's systems. We are not a representative of any property listed here. For anything to do with an actual stay, contact the hotel directly — every property in this index publishes its own contact details.

Response times

This is a small editorial project rather than a staffed desk, so replies can take a few days. Messages that are clearly automated or unrelated to the subject of the site are deleted without a response.
